LONG TERM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Whether you are new to real estate or a veteran, property management can provide a stable monthly income, no matter what market conditions are. This is accomplished when our associates elect to receive compensation for performing leasing and management services in our long term property management division, while still having the time to sell real estate. Plus as a property manager, you can receive exclusive leads for real estate sales from the properties you are managing.

This is especially desireable for new licensed agents and when sales are slow.

SHORT TERM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Through our extensive and rapidly growing network of local, national and international clients, whom utilize our vacation villas, you are able to receive both commissions and solid real estate lead generation.

Our broker associates and sales associates that choose to perform management services for our rental properties can receive a stable monthly income. The more you manage the more income you receive.

Referral Program
When our broker associates and sales associates bring new business to the company, we not only protect the client but we reward them with some of the highest referrals fees in the industry.

Threw the use of various programs, we can offer to our broker associates and sales associates passive income that can pay dividends now and into the future.

Residual Income

It is our belief that you are the best stewards of your money. That is the fundamental reason that we offer some of the highest starting commission splits in the industry. However we also believe that you should be rewarded for helping management in the recruitment process. That is why we offer through the sponsoring program, (which is an assistance program in the recruitment process of new associates to the company), an opportunity for our associates to receive a percentage of any new associates gross production that they are directly responsible for bring into the company. This is bonused residually for as long as that associate stays with the company and generates business. The Sponsoring Bonus is paid by FLORIDA REAL-ESTATE OPTIONS up to a maximum of $10,000.00 per year per associate.

Through the Sponsoring Program, our associates can receive bonuses that can help their family in two ways.

1. Career Bonus: income that can be derived shortly after the deal has been closed.
2. Retirement Bonus: income that can be derived after you retire.

DECISION

1. Agent Referral Fees
1. For each long term property management referral given to us and we are able to both secure a long term contract and place a qualified tenant in the residence, we will pay a referral fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the first full months rent collected.
2. For each long term leasing referral given to us and we are able to secure a long term leasing contract, we will pay a referral fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the first full months rent collected. v
3. For each long term tenant referral that we receive and we are able to secure a long term lease with, we will pay $200.00.
